Addicted!
Omigosh, okay, so I am trying to drop a few LB's before summer REALLY sets in!!! So, I have been looking for "healthy choices". I don't know if YOU have an El Pollo Loco in YOUR town, but if you do you NEED to try the 99 cent Loco Salad and get the 69 cent chicken taco, dump the chicken from your taco into your salad, add some house salsa and their YUMMY spicy avacado dressing!!! YUM!!! TO DIE FOR!!!
There are songs in everyone...God can hear all of them. ~ Emma Smith
Yum! Looks like you could use a Cafe Rio in your area! LOL. That does sound de-lish. If only a salad was my only addiction...but then what would the chocolate companies do?
The closest one to me is San Antonio and there are several there. Next time I get down there I will sure try it out. I love mexican food so I know I would like this.
and oh yes....does it even compare to Cafe Rio?????
Thank and I will be on the lookout. I posted a low cal chicken on the grill recipe today so maybe that will help you diet. I love this recipe and I add pineapple and onions and other veggies when grilling and the taste is wonderful. I have leftovers and confess that I can eat this for breakfast the next day...OK so I never said I was normal when it comes to eating but hey a girl has to diet:) Jocye
I have a WONDERFUL husband who supports me in everything I do! He is a great father! We are so lucky to have him! I love being with him whether it is an exciting trip to Hawaii or just going out for a quick lunch... okay, I even like sitting on the couch watching TV with him! He is the best! We have been blessed with 5 VERY handsome, VERY kind, VERY competitve (haha) SONS! I have loved going to their sporting events and "cheering" them on to victory over the years. Time flies, I have learned to enjoy each and every day! Life is too short! I have been SO blessed! I have 2 beutiful daughters in law whom I am SO grateful for! They are wonderful and add so much joy to my life! I always wanted a daughter and now I have TWO! AND, we have 2 new grandsons who have stole my heart!!! I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I love the youth of the church... trying to help them see the importance of EVERY decision they make! I currently teach institute. I love to play with my kids, GO TO THE BEACH!, garden, go to a movie, go out to eat, travel, and just go out to lunch with my friends!
"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience." -Gordon B. Hinckley "Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things." -Robert Brauit "The only way to get through life is to laugh your way through it. You either have to laugh or cry. I prefer to laugh. Crying gives me a headache." -Marjorie Pay Hincklely

"I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails. I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbors children. I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden. I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived." -Marjorie Pay Hinckley
