Just a thought...

I was sitting here preparing for my Institute class tonight and ran across this quote. It is one that we all know, and yet I have never thought of it quite like this.

The Sacrament is the only ordinance that we experience for ourselves more than once.

Hmm...I have never thought of that before either. Thanks for the insight! I know I tend tp take the sacrament for granted. I am trying to be grateful for the privilege of being able to even partake each week. What a blessing!

You wanted to know where I got my pic of the Temple....from One Cute Blog Blinkies!!
I'll take ya up on lunch anytime, but I think we are in different states aren't we?

And aren't we thankful for it? I was thinking Sunday how hard it would be if we had to keep getting baptized over and over again to wash away our sins.

Want to hear something funny? Connor won't eat bread so he never takes it with the sacrament. He's not 8 yet so I figure it's not a big deal, but I'm wondering if he'll ever outgrow that.

I love that Shaila. I love the sacrament too. I need it over and over again.

I have had so much more appreciation for the sacrament this year in teaching New Testament in Seminary. Hope you enjoy institute tonight!
