Oh, what a beautiful morning...

Oh, what a beautiful day...
Amazing... it is a gorgeous day! 80° in Jan!!! Oh, how the sunshine FEELS good! I was sitting in the back yard, talking on the phone and had to take a picture, it is absolutely beautiful out! I have on capri's and flip flops. I wanna go to the beach!

I've got a wonderful feeling,
everything's going my way...

Okay, maybe not EVERYTHING, lol, but I just got a call from Brad and it looks like things are picking up at the office... what a blessing! There is a light at the end of the tunnel! Trials come and trials go... we are so blessed! I just had to kneel and say a prayer of gratitude!

All the sounds of the earth are like music,
All the sounds of the earth are like music,
The breeze is so busy it don't miss a tree,
And an ol' Weepin' Willer is laughin' at me.

Oh what a beautiful morning,
Oh what a beautiful day,
I've got a wonderful feeling,
Everything's going my way.

It is time to stop and enjoy the day...
stop and say a prayer of Thanksgiving...
WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR???

Thought for the day:
Share the gospel always
And sometimes use words.

Oooh....I love your thought for the day. "Sometimes use words."

It's sunny here, but only about 40!! I'm still considering taking the kids to the park.

I'm thankful that my baby peed in the potty for the first time today! Very excited for him to be ready to potty train.

Oh, I wish I could teleport myself to where you are right now. It's almost in the 50's today, and sunny.
I'm thankful that it's sunny, and that I get to go have a girls' weekend this weekend. Yay me!!!

You're making my body salivate (or would that be sweat profusely with desire) with those pictures!!! GORGEOUS!!!! I'm in a dreary desert but has a beautiful, clear and sunny sky about 90% of the time even though it's cold. And I'm thankful for great blog friends who post such fun and uplifting things on their pages, thank you so much for helping me count my blessings! :)

Thanks for dropping by my blog. It gave me the chance to read yours! I love all the pictures of your family and your DILs are beautiful! And your dad is so cute. I am a little jealous you teach institute, although I love teaching seminary. This is my 11th year in the seminary program so someday I hope to graduate with them and teach institute as well. I could also relate to the loss of Gabe. We had a young boy in our ward killed last year in my driveway. His mother is one of my best friends. It continues to be a struggle in many ways.

The weather has been so nice. I love having all the windows open it makes me want to do more around the house. I am also thankful that my dh is still working. A lot of people have been laid off at his work but he is far from that. He has to work out of LA now but I would rather have that than no job at all.

That's great news! Is that REALLY your backyard? It looks like a hotel!

I'm thankful that my hubby's job is secure. I'm thankful that even if it becomes insecure that he's really good at finding work. I thankful for healthy, beautiful children who drive me nuts. I'm thankful for the life I have with all it's parts.

"ohhhhh OKLAHOMA!" I love that musical and sing that song often ;)

I WISH I were sitting on that porch of yours just enjoying the beauty you are surrounded by. Truly a blessing to open your back door and see such beautiful things!

SOOOO Glad to hear the office is looking up! A good reminder to me that prayers are heard .... we just got bad news about Doug's job so I'm on my knees a lot!

Miss you so much! posted some answers to your comment on my blog post. Call me this weekend!!! I have a 4 day and nothing to do!

OKLAHOMA!!!! I love Oklahoma. The kiddies know all the words to The Surrey With the Fringe On the Top and they're favorite to tork Mom, I'm Just a Girl Who Can't Say No.

This post reminds me of MaMa. She had that poem on the frig, do you remember? God forgive me when I whine? You are like her, always looking at the bright side and counting your blessings.

So glad things are looking up. I was very worried about you in Cali what with the economy and all.

Love ya!

I just finished a post about our beautiful California weather too. Can you believe this weather...in January. It makes me feel guilty with so many other parts of the country frozen over!

Glad things are picking up at the office. It's bad out there.

We had sunshine here in Seattle yesterday. I sat on my porch and soaked about 15 minutes of it in. It was bliss.
I have so many things I am thankful for that it would be impossible for me to list them all -So I will sum them up in one word:

GRACE.

Grace from God-His love and grace totally amazes me.
Robin~♥
